Vespol - Lead Flashing and Dampcourse - 3m x 15kg

Lead is a 100% recyclable roof flashing that creates an impermeable barrier. Lead protects joints and penetrations from water damage, handles temperature fluctuations and prevents cracks. Lead resistance to corrosion by the atmosphere means it will outlast any alternative building material.

In terms of longevity lead offers the best value and also has a far greater aesthetic appearance. As per AS 2904, exposed lead should be a 20kg minimum, concealed flashing 15kg sheets are acceptable.

To accommodate thermal movement, lengths of lead should not exceed 1.5m lengths. Overlapping should occur where long lengths are required.
